{My Sister esta muy bonita}

A week and a half ago, my sister came to stay with me for a couple days. We decided to shoot her graduation session in beautiful downtown Hollywood and Dania Beach {also a few were taken under a random overpass}. I am sooo proud of Mindy and all her accomplishments, especially graduating and becoming a registered nurse.

Since huge snow storms are everywhere, I figured I would rub in the Florida-goodness just a little!

Look at her amazing eyes!

This is pretty random… but I like it. Mindy insisted on it.

Umm… I’ve told her no ring will live up to this standard!

I loved shooting under the Dania Beach Pier.

Light + Ocean + Beautiful Sister = Happy Photographer!

Fabulous!

Laughing shot.

We are def seesters with our crazy face-making skills!

How gorgeous is she?

Many more shoots to come! Some from my shoot with America’s Next Top Model Winner, Whitney and also baby Alyssa.

Here’s a sneak peek of Alyssa’s session.

Leave me some comment love… pretty please!

{What a WEEKEND}

Wow… I have had one hectic weekend, but it has been totally awesome. Right now I am waiting on a call to head to the hospital because Amanda is having baby Alyssa… I can’t wait to meet her tonight!!!

Yay Amanda… hurry up and push that baby girl out!!!

I also was lucky to have my BEAUTIFUL sister here this weekend and we took some fabulous graduation pictures.

Graduation from College, people. This lady is a Registered Nurse!

Many more will follow when I have 5 seconds to edit

Holy gorgeousness!

Also, I had SOOOO much fun at the Share the Love shoot out! I met some amazing photographers and took pictures of an adorable family.

I have much to blog this week, so keep tuning back in!

I love you the most, Brett!

{Natalie}

Here is one of the many sessions, I NEED to blog!  This past week I have been so busy because my niece and nephew came to stay with us all week.  Later this week I will be posting the adventures I had with them and the Tampa Shoot-Out I went to!

For right now, I present the adventures of Lydia and Natalie…

I had been trying to figure out where to go for Natalie’s pictures, so I had the bright idea to use an abandoned parking lot for a closed down mall!

I mean the regular entrance was blocked, but the service entrance was open… isn’t photography a service???

Nat001

Frankly, these images were so awesome that I was thrilled about going into the parking lot to shoot.

Nat006

I am in love with PARKING LOTS!

Nat016

Nat018

So this totally rad chair was just sitting on Natalie’s porch just waiting to be used in photographs.

Nat007

This is Natalie after I told her the officer was coming to kick us out of the garage.

At first she didn’t believe me and thought that I was just trying to make her laugh.

Nat19

Then we decided to take some symbolic images with Natalie on the barricade to keep people out of the garage…. opps… didn’t see that!

Nat009

Outfit change!

Nat010
She has such a cute smile.

Nat011

Love this one!

Nat013

Seriously, can anyone else say Abercrombie?

Nat002

One last wardrobe change.

Nat015

Yes, I was laying in the middle of the street to take this picture.

Natalie would scream “CAR” and I would jump out of the road so I didn’t become a human speed bump!

And here is my FAVORITE shot of the day!

Much more to blog… coming soon!!!

{Rosa – Quinceanera}

In Blog news: I hit comment #100. And the winner of nothing is Rita {the mom of one of my bride’s}.  Congratulations on winning accolades on such a FabUlouS blog!

In other news… here are some images from a Quinceanera photo shoot.  This is a sort of “Sweet 15″ Celebration.  It is hard to believe that this beautiful girl was only 14 when I took these images!

Here are some more traditional images in her Quinceanera dress

She usually had such a model face with no smile so I was doing everything I could to make her smile.

Even though there was a major language barrier, she is smiling.  I guess that means I am funny in any language!

So majestic

And now for some more funky shots… she is stunning!

I told her {in my broken Spanish} that she HAS to call me when she gets married someday!

Possibly my favorite.
